Check out some pictures that my brother took from the balcony of their condo. Its sad because this problem has been going on for years. Pasong Tamo is a main road with a high volume of traffic everyday so you can just imaging how big of a hassle this is. Every time it rains continuously for a couple of hours this happens.
I’m not sure what the solution is and if the city has any plans to address this issue. I only know that this will definitely get worse in the years to come because they are building more condominiums along that road and based on what I’ve heard – the improper disposal of waste resulting from construction is the number one contributor to this problem.
