my family and I went to MOA. We decided to eat in KENNY ROGERS in MOA. I undeerstand why we need to wait for a vacant table. It is normal coz a lot of people are also there to enjoy their vacation since it is just the 2nd day of the new year. What i can’t comprehend is their attitude towards their customer. Rude and undisciplined. We finally got the table, since it is just used by another customer, it is REALLY MESSY. I thought that they will attend to it while I’m taking our orders in the counter. It is a long line. Finally got our food and back to our table. STILL THE SAME WHEN I LEFT TO GET OUR FOOD. No one attended to it. We call the attention of the (HER NAME IS MAY), you know what, SHE BLAMED US FOR NOT CALLING THEIR ATTENTION BEFORE WE GOT OUR FOOD. Then she just took a few plates and LEFT THE REST THERE. I saw her walking just around the corner DOING NOTHING. NO ONE ATTENDED TO THAT SITUATION. THE STORE IS NOT THAT BIG FOR THEM NOT SEE WHAT IS GOING ON. When I said something like AM I SUPPOSED TO BE THE ONE TO CLEAN THE MESS OF YOUR PREVIOUS CUSTOMER. That’s the only time when one crew cleaned our table. That’s so DISGUSTING! and to top it I saw (maybe of a higher position because of a different kind of uniform) this CHUBBY, SHORT Guy a little close to us ignoring the situation and BUSY TEXTING TO HIS CELLPHONE. MY GOODNESS! WHAT KIND OF WORKERS ARE YOU? You are there TO WORK and NOT TO DO OTHER STUFF. You are just wasting the chance given to you by the owner of the restaurant. SO PATHETIC! FOR THE OWNER, BEWARE, Your business is IN THE WRONG HANDS, WRONG PEOPLE. Check it out for you to find out! Shame on them!
