David Cook winning this year’s AI got me reminiscing on past idol contestants who rocked! Of course there was Bo Bice, the first rocker who made it to the top 2. I loved his acapela number, reminisce with me here:
Dont you think he should have won over Carrie Underwood?!! Kulang lang sya sa mass appeal, hehe. sayang.
Then there’s Chris Daughtry, who also was memorable in AI and is actually more popular now than the winner for that season, Taylor Hicks:
Some people have been comparing Daughtry and Cook. I think there shouldnt be a comparison… they both rock! Cook is just more an “emo” singer though. hehe. What are your thoughts?
