I think Jollibee scored good on this one. I remember having conversations about a burger like this before and now its real. Hahaha. A classic burger pattie between two golden baked hashbrowns. Must try at least once in my book. Goes well with the kiddie spaghetti. Hehe. Might try it with rice sometime.in the future.

So Forever 21 at SM makati is now open. It’s not a surprise that the wifey would like to spend a day shopping there. So that means I’m free to explore.

First thing I did with all this free time? Check out the foodcourt what else. In fairness, SM foodcourt is now more diverse, there’s japanese, korean, vietnamese and thai food stalls.

I tried out the Sen Lek Thai food stall and ordered the pad thai. Good size serving for just 90 pesos. Wowow! Masarap sya ah.

For 155 pesos, sulit. I reco you put some chicken oil, make sure you do your calamansi, sili and toyo. Ugly to look at but very good for my belly.

Just found out that tokyo tokyo finally has katsudon on their menu. I likey katsudon.

Anyway, for 99 pesos, japanese fastfood, decent enough for me. It tastes like katsudon so that’s good and the deep fried breaded pork in the middle looks like it could fit a bun. Hmmmm, katsuburger perhaps in the future?

For just 44 bucks you get this tasty tapsilog from Gudsilog! This tapsilog is like a cross between Sinangag Express and the famous Rodic’s. Yumyum in my book. I just wished they had chilli oil, that would perfect.

For 20 bucks you also get a side of tokwa and for 25 you can get 4 pieces fried siomai. Yehess!

They have a branch on the 2nd floor of Alphaland. Magallanes, pasong tamo corner edsa.

This burger rocks! Its only 100 bucks and it is packed. 
The place is small and if you’re not from Davao you might get lost.  Just navigate your way to Ateneo colege campus and ask around. Should be a few blocks away.

Anyway, beer is only 24 pesos. San ka pa?!

Oh, back to the burger, you must absolutely ask for the special hot sauce. Homemade by the dude who owns the place.  Cool guy and based on the theme of the place, he probably moves around on a Harley.

Must try place when you visit Davao. The burger plus the special sauce – huwow!

Twister Fries @ McDonald's

Yep, I just got this email from Nuffnang just like the other few thousand bloggers and subscribers to Munchpunch.  I love twister fries so it’s worth posting

I wonder if twister fries dipped in plain vanilla sundae will work but with gravy.. hmmmm…

Charlie's Dark Angus Burger

Now this is what a burger should be all about!  Check it out – this is a must.  Charlie’s dark angus burger is around 195 bucks served with cheese and fat fries.  Yummy!

I heard about Charlie’s a while back from peeps up north but never got the chance to try it out… but all that has changed.  I’m now a believer!  This is one REALLY good burger.   Comes next to San Francisco burger of National Sports Grill in my book.

I hope they open one up in Makati.  Oh and by the way, they sell imported beer and you can have your car washed while you eat.  Pretty cool.
