To be a delegate of the 21st PAC, you’ll need to shell out Php16,500 if you’re a professional and Php12,500 if you’re a student. I went to 2 of the previous PACs not as a participant but just to hangout and drink with some friends (free booze) but this will be my first time to participate – we’ll see how it goes.
